**Be the Bridge between the WA Sales & CoE Proposal during the Pursuit Phase. Secondary Role Ensure Win-Loss Database is updated on a timely manner upon Win or Loss of Opportunity.
**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:

- Ensures the Pursuit team in the Diamond Model are collaborating to define the best solution to the problem and can deliver a winning proposal to customer.
- Ensures Clarity to the overall process as well as the established gates.
- Has Knowledge of the pursuit and sales strategies been shared with the Proposal and Estimating Groups to prepare them to reach the sales target.
- Be the extension between sales and Proposals to ensure timely availability of information required to prepare the proposals and deliver.
- Support the sales pursuit lead on communication of the sales strategy to the proposal team and ensure understanding and alignment.
- Ensuring proposal team understanding & accepting of the sales strategy and proposal strategy.
- Ensures that the implementation strategy aligns with customer objectives and pursuit strategy
- Helps with translation, when required, especially when foreign language translations are required.
- When no clear RFQ is available, helps develop the customer requirements in the RFQ Check sheet(Template available).
- Upon Closing of the Opportunity (Win or Loss) help collect all information required to populate the Win/Loss Database and the Reference Project Database.
- Timely partner concern, in case of any misalignment within the Pursuit team, and/or the objectives of the pursuit are not met.12.
- Be the link between Pursuit team and Operations to handover and to clarify sales/ solution strategies and commitment, on need basis.

**For This Role, You Will Need**:

- Degree or equivalent experience in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical ,Mechanical, Control or Computer Engineering.
- Proven experience in process control industry and project management, with at least 5 years in managing of concurrent system projects - Project Management experience on Custody Transfer metering or Blending & Transfer Projects or Analytical Systems is preferred
- Good knowledge of Oil &Gas Industry equipment, Instruments, Piping and structural work
- Solid people management skills with excellent communication and social skills at all levels.
- Strong leadership, organizational and planning skills.
- Knowledge of commercial and financial issues.
- Excellent analytical skills and results-oriented.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Able to interact positively with team members from various countries, recognizing and adapting to the cultural differences that exist.

Flexibility to work extended hours when meeting customer requirements.
