**Position summary**:
This position is part-business analyst, part-systems analyst. A solutions analyst will take a holistic view of any project, the way a business analyst would do. They'll start by looking at processes and trying to identify potential improvements that can help to deliver organizational goals.
And like a systems analyst, the solutions analyst will involve technical aspects. They might review code, examine existing solutions, and look at system integrations. If the project requires some configuration, the analyst will work with developers to create what's needed. Must be able to assess current business processes, evaluate enabling technology and streamline business processes using automation and other solutions.
The Solutions Analyst is responsible for the following tasks: identify opportunities for process automation. Be able to prioritize according to pre-defined criteria and lead discussion with internal resources to produce and implement the automation. Help develop, maintain, and evolve the criteria for automation prioritization. Support automation implementation utilizing project management methodologies and report evolution to management accordingly. Support fix of automation when needed. Explain and educate the organization on automation opportunities, types of automations and help educate on how to find opportunities for automation and prioritization.
Troubleshooting and problem solving, as well as working closely with managers and software developers to solve these problems, will also be needed. The Solutions Analyst must have good communication and organization skills, along with a working knowledge of day to day operations and priorities within their department and the company. Assume other duties as assigned.
Be able to understand process controls and properly design the automation to maintain or improve controls. Ensure Internal Audit will be able to assess and test controls after automation.
**Essential duties & responsibilities**:
- Analyze and map relevant business process.
- Capture and analyze requirements, coordinate technical aspects, engage resources, and manage expectations,
- Make recommendations for solutions that deliver organizational goals.
- Actively participate/contribute/lead in brainstorming/working sessions and bring new ideas.
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of solutions.
- Assess the impact of upstream and downstream changes and enhancements.
- Assists in driving business process redesign and improvement effort
- Collaborate to identify, document, and communicate business needs.
- Deliver high quality work and adapt to new challenges, as an individual or as part of a team
- Report to stakeholders and senior leaders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Deployment of the Process Excellence Model across the areas.
- Provide training and mentoring
- May performs system support activities to ensure production support service levels are met.
**Education & special trainings**:
- Proven experience as Automation Business Analyst designing automations in RPA, VBA and ERPs
- Undergraduate degree required. (Industrial Engineer, Computer Science, MIS or related degree.).
- Written/Oral English: Excellent communication, documentation, presentation, influencing, reasoning, and decision-making skills.
- Working knowledge of standard agile, project management and visual diagramming tools is required
- Automation (RPA, Scripting) / Data Analytics / Microsoft Power Platform is a plus
- Green Belt / Black Belt certified is a plus
**Qualifications & experience**:
- At least 3 years professional as Business Analyst.
- Working experience with different BPMs tools.
- Capable of data analysis, knowledgeable on basic statistics concepts
- Must be Knowledgeable and have hands-on experience with Automation.
- Capable to manage stakeholders at different levels of the organization, identify customer requirements (CTQ) in projects, manage communications.
- Excellent negotiation skills to interact with stakeholders.
- Familiar with deployment on RPA strategies and its relationship to a Continuous Improvement framework.

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and balance appropriate priorities among them.
- Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and ability to communicate complicated issues effectively.
