**How you will contribute**
You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelez International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

**What you need to know about this position**:
Risk and Compliance advisor will support the operation on all topics related to SOX Controls, remediation's follow ups, risk assessments and any other topic related to Risk & Compliance in a Shared Services environment. The position will have a key role in assessing the company's risk in complying with the requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, policies and procedures. The position will be called on to identify operational process improvements in connection to automation opportunities. Another key role of the Risk and Compliance Advisor will be the service as consultant providing guidance on any item related with SOPs, RACF, and operational controls.
**Tasks**:
- Assess controls requirements and ensure that these are met
- Collaborates in process improvement initiatives related to service risk
- Analyze trends of inconsistencies and possible improvement areas
- Perform standard and recurrent process risk assessments and recommendations (may include collaborating with CI and Digitization team members)
- Guide teams and external or internal contacts for compliance and audit readiness
- Provide support to the operation, including reviewing responses to audit findings, evaluation / investigation for completeness and effectiveness.
- Coordination of Risk & Compliance related trainings especially, but not only for the colleagues within the People Services organization.
- Receive, analyze and investigate audits
- Conduct reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data trends for audits and risks
- Lead end to end walkthroughs to identify risks, control gaps, and improvement opportunities
**Job specific requirements**:
- Intermediate Excel
- Advanced English
- Experience in Shared Service Environments related to risk and compliance (2-5 years)
- Experience in delivering trainings related to risk and compliance (preferred)
- Experience in SOP's and SSD's creation (preferred)
- Experience in SOX Controls and Risk management Comprehension of internal auditing standards, Sarbanes-Oxley, COSO and risk-assessment practices Experience in Auditing (preferred) Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (preferred)
**Education / Certifications**:
- Degree in Business Administration or similar
