You help execute the revenue management work stream to help us optimize the return on investment on our trade spend activities.

**How you will contribute**

You will:

- Work with customer teams to track progress towards revenue KPIs
- Complete promotional post evaluations in partnership with Finance and Marketing
- Support the Customer Planning Manager by providing regular reporting including volume tracking, trade spend, % promoted, seasonal in flight tracking
- Monitor revenue realization of any cost price increases
- Work with customer teams and Sales Finance to ensure all trade spend in the system is accruing correctly
- Attend customer forecast surgeries to understand customer dynamics and identify opportunities and risks to the plan
- Approve promotional activity in line with guidelines with regular reviews of promotional spend

**More about this role**

At Wacam, we are embarking on an exciting journey to take Revenue Growth Management (RGM) to its next level. We are focused on three pillars: Strategic RGM, Precision RGM, and RGM capability built at scale (BAU integration). As the RGM Cluster Lead, your primary responsibility will be to drive RGM capability built at scale through BAU integration.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in transforming the way our markets develop, plan, and execute their commercial plans. The key areas of focus will include customer planning, customer performance management, and revenue management. By delivering a sustainable balance of volume and price/mix growth, you will contribute to enhancing our current performance and driving value for Mondelez, our customers, and their customers.

The RGM Cluster Lead will elevate the importance of "customer" and customer plans to the same level as "brand" and brand plans. You will be instrumental in embedding a holistic Revenue Growth Management approach within our cluster's planning and executional processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement RGM strategies, ensuring optimal pricing, packaging, promotion, and distribution decisions across channels and customers.
- Optimize product pricing by channel and customer, driving revenue and influencing shopper behavior goals.
- Structure the pack and format architecture to cater to key consumption occasions and shopping missions across all channels, while maximizing revenue and shopping behavior goals through pricing and promotional mechanics.
- Make informed decisions about portfolio prioritization in different channels and customers to secure profitable market share through distribution, assortment, and promotion investment decisions.
- Ensure effective and efficient trade spend investment to drive desired shopping behavior goals and maximize revenue for Wacam and its customers.
- Align trade terms structure with our commercial strategy, making trade investment level choices based on this strategy.
- Monitor and track performance against RGM goals, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to proactively identify opportunities and risks in the RGM space.

**Education / Certifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Industrial Engineer (MBA preferred)

**Job specific requirements**:

- At least 6 years of experience in Business Management areas such as Marketing, Strategic Planning, Trade Marketing, Commercial finance or Revenue Management.
- Analytics experience or background.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relations.
- Negotiation skills, capable of persuasion and influence.
- Results oriented, excellent execution skills.
- Strategic Thinking.
- Business and commercial skills
- Advanced English Level
