Resource Manager

**Requisitos**:

- Highly organized and strong process orientation - Strong customer service background is key with experience managing customers over the phone - Clear communication and ability to logically explain steps in a process such as staffing - Understanding of technical consulting skill sets and services supporting VMware technology stack and solutions - Proven experience in staffing technical resources across complex and organizationally challenging environments - Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles - Experience with outside partners for a billable consulting team is preferred - Knowledge and experience with resourcing and staffing tools is a plus - Solid understanding of project management practices - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Minimum of 5 years of Resource Management experience required, preferable in technology consulting or IT - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related technical discipline preferred
