Identify trends and its causes and provide value added analysis to reporting.When being the owner of reports, ensure understanding of the data shown in the reports and their logic.If needed due to capacity constraints, run reports showing performance of company's processes or supporting business processes. Make recommendations, work or guide others on the improvement of existing procedures/reports, decreasing time and steps to reproduce, by using the tools available.Implement best practices, standardization, new concepts and ideas.Execute investigation, troubleshooting and customer follow up related to the reports.Assist users of reports with the interpretation of data as necessary.Provide mentoring, guidance, analytical support and technical expertise to other analysts as needed in order to achieve goals.Search for business knowledge and share it with the team.Participate in projects as required to provide data and analytical support.Demonstrate advanced communication skills and provide exceptional customer service to business partners and customers.
