**About the Role**:
Tebra is looking for a Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic Analytics team. If you enjoy tough challenges, being part of a fun team, are tenacious, love Excel and Power BI, and have passion for numbers and telling stories through data, this is your opportunity.
**Your Area of Focus**:
- Provide data solutions, tools, and capabilities to enable self-service frameworks for data consumers
- Communicate with stakeholders, document requirements, and develop technical solutions.
- Format and present reports.
- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards for internal customers.
- Compile data to fulfill outside reporting requirements.
- Review and interpret reports and analysis to support current business initiatives.
- Support departmental needs for ad hoc reporting.
- Analyze and validate reporting results for accuracy and business requirements.
- Conduct cross-organizational self-service reporting training for business users.
- Provide reporting support and assist in training staff on the use of department data systems
- Prepare and maintain daily, monthly and quarterly analytical reports from various systems extracts for various departments.
**Your Professional Qualifications**:
- 3+ years experience in reporting/WFM roles
- High proficiency in Excel, Tableau and other visualization tools.
- Proficient SQL or DAX
- Highly detail oriented, with the ability to recognize, troubleshoot and correct problems; puts emphasis on producing accurate, validated, and timely results
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment
- Strong ability to learn and adapt.
- Self-motivated and the ability to multi-task and manage tasks with varying priorities.
