**Job Description**:
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, developing, organizing, and documenting our newly established Operational Readiness Verification (ORV) process. This will be a high profile role that will work with various engineering and support teams throughout all of ECS and will be shepherding the ORV process so that new products and customers are operationally ready to be launched successfully.

**What you'll be doing**:
Experian's Business Analyst will be responsible for the following duties:

- Become a functional expert in the ECS operational procedures including: incident, problem, change, event/monitoring, runbooks, and various service management activities.
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate operational readiness tasks by conducting interviews, holding working sessions, managing project tasks to completion, and communicating results.
- Be a leader of continuous improvement. Define improvements to operational processes.
- Author process documentation and other supporting materials to detail operational needs.
- Author operational readiness workflows and supporting documentation.
- Support technology release events by leading the operational readiness verification prior to launch, during launch, and post launch activities.
- Identify opportunities to expand the scope of operational readiness across all of ECS and their business units.
- Anticipate positive and negative impacts throughout the organization regarding the implementation of a new and robust operational readiness verification process.
- Communicate periodically with executive management regarding the status of current operational readiness projects and obtain executive guidance and support as required.
- Maintain effective relationships with Service Management, Technology Operations Center, Project Management, and various engineering teams.
- Contribute to the definition and development of the Operational Readiness Verification initiative.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of BSA or Project Management experience.
- Excellent communication skills; equally comfortable speaking to business executives, or technology resources. Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Exposure to Project Management methodologies.
- Exposure to ITIL Service Management function.
- Able to think quickly and accurately solution in the moment.
- Highly organized and able to work in a matrixed environment.
- Comfortable working in a large organization and managing multiple tasks/initiatives at the same time.
- Demonstrates critical thinking capabilities and follows through until tasks are fully completed.
- Work with management to measure and improve operational readiness across all of ECS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent in English).
- Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent job experience).
