Seeking a highly motivated and driven Marketing Specialist for a property management company. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for expanding the company's audience of potential customers, generating qualified leads for the sales department, managing all outward-facing communication, and managing the company's online reputation.

Through a mix of strategic vendors and in-house marketing initiatives, the Marketing Specialist will manage, measure, and adjust all marketing efforts to expand the company's online visibility, build and nurture a list of prospective clients, and manage marketing-related projects as they arise. Success requires managing multiple campaigns, projects, and budgets simultaneously towards achieving the company's goals.

**Responsibilities**
- Setting up marketing campaigns and providing advertising assets to vendors when needed
- Regularly reviewing the progress and success of marketing campaigns,making responsive adjustments, and presenting improvements to management as necessary
- Interpreting online marketing analytics and presenting the findings in a clear and accessible way to management
- Manage the company's vendors that handle all SEO, PPC, and any other paid marketing and measuring effectiveness
- Providing the sales department with company content for sponsorships, events, and other business development initiatives
- Creating editorial and content-creation calendars for various social media platforms and other media

**Qualifications**
- Two+ years' experience in marketing role(s), specifically with analytics or digital advertising tools
- Effective writing, speaking, presenting and active listening skills (in English)
- Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with management, team members, prospects and customers where applicable
- A general understanding of visual design consistency and brand elements
- An understanding and appetite for data analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making
- Creativity, adaptability and familiarity with current marketing trends
- Project management skills, like goal-setting and deadline management
- Organized and able to manage your time

**Additional Information**
- Employment Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday.
- Languages: English, Spanish
- Salary: 8 -10 USD per hour

**Salary**: ¢651,805.00 - ¢814,756.00 per month
