Job Description You will be a member of the Sales Leadership Team for the Experian Data Quality (EDQ) North America Team and guide renewal performance and new business expansion across a team of account managers and existing client accounts.
You will lead a team of account managers responsible for driving client retention and new business expansion.
Your experience will help to develop go-to-market strategies and identify opportunities to drive business growth across the North America Market and Canada markets with an emphasis on retail and financial services organizations.
Additionally, you will work with our Sales Leadership Team and other areas of the business to develop talent and cultivate an inclusive environment.
Major Job Responsibilities: • Lead the delivery of assurance execution to ensure efficient, automated, and accurate control testing outcomes for the in-scope control goals and activities.
• Coach your team of account managers to provide outstanding client experience.
• Grow individual development plans across your team of account managers to support career growth and industry expertise.
• Assist members of your team to develop strategic account and opportunity plans.
• Design processes, strategies, and policies that deliver long-term repeatable success.
• Work with other departments at Experian to guide partnerships and grow our largest company-wide customers.
• Develop training and sales methodology to support the region's new business targets Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of relevant experience in sales, sales leadership, customer retention, or a similar environment.
• People leadership experience and a history of building teams • Communication across different audiences, with prior exposure to senior executives.
