** Your Role**: The ISF agent is responsible for filling out the import documents required by the U.S. Customs, in which the data of the import cargo is detailed, it must be done under the requirements of quality and adequate delivery time.
** Your Responsibilities**:

- + Learn how to develop the processes into the company system, properly.
+ Attend to training.
+ Provide customer service either by telephone or electronically.
+ Good communications skills.
+ Be proactive to anticipate problems with the process handled.
+ Achieve productivity and quality.
The schedule we offer:
Tuesday to Saturday 7:45am to 4:45pm (Off Sunday and Monday) on-site

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- + High school diploma.
- + Intermediate English level - written and oral.
- + Intermediate Excel level.
- + Typing skills (25wpm).
- + Able to do overtime and/or work on holidays.
- + Team Player.
