Overview:
We seek to hire a Regional FP&A Specialist to join our Finance department at Monifai. The Regional FP&A Specialist will work closely with the BU CFO to provide financial analysis and insights that support decision-making and cost control. They will also prepare monthly and quarterly financial presentations, as well as lead and organize the annual budget process.

**Responsibilities**:
- Monthly and quarterly financial statement analysis and presentation: Analyze financial statements to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Prepare monthly and quarterly financial presentations that communicate the results of the analysis to senior management.
- Annual budget process: Lead and organize the annual budget process. Work with stakeholders to develop and agree on budget goals. Track budget performance and identify variances.
- Recurring and ad hoc financial analysis: Conduct recurring and ad hoc analysis to support decision-making and cost control. Identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Prepare reports and presentations that communicate the results of the analysis.
- Investigating and analyzing internal financial figures for cost control and efficiency: Investigate and analyze internal financial figures to identify areas for cost control and efficiency. Develop and implement cost control measures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Over 3 years of experience in FP&A or similar role.
- Understands basic accounting principles and terminology.
- Understands basic finance and banking concepts.
- Able to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Use of Office package.
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Basic English required.
