As a VariaTalent Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for technical roles within the organization and for our clients.
The role requires a high level of organization, communication, and attention to detail. In addition to recruiting responsibilities, you could also assist the sales team in closing deals by providing valuable insights into the technical aspects of client requirements and ensuring that the team has the necessary resources to achieve their targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications and fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and teams
Assist with creating and posting job descriptions
Help with reference checks and background screenings
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide technical insights for proposals
Assist the sales team in preparing and delivering presentations to clients, highlighting the value of the technical talent you've recruited
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of new hires for project onboarding
Support the sales team in gathering market intelligence to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth
Create content to support the marketing and sales teams

**Requisitos**:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the IT industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to speak and write in English fluently
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Experience in sales support or technical sales (preferred but not required)
