**Responsibilities**:
- Manage large scale, enterprise projects with duties including to create and maintain project documentation and artifacts, recommend best practices, track metrics, and offer training.
- Function effectively within a multi-disciplinary project teams and ensure delivery of a process solution that meets the required outcomes and budget.
- Assess innovation opportunities and provide recommendations for areas of process improvement.
- Identify new sources of growth, including new value propositions.
- Optimize business and operating models.
- Manage financial reporting and communicate status, and changes to Senior Management.
- Create industrial-strength franchise processes.
- Collaborate with business and function managers to identify significant opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
- Develop and maintain rigorous project plans and manage tactical project needs, including resource requirements, relationship management, and task management.
- Performs other duties and functions as assigned.
- Drive qualitative and quantitative analysis, addressing ambiguity in available data and input.
- Effectively communicate complex concepts to senior executive audiences.
- Build relationships with and influence senior stakeholders on path forward.
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years experience in project management
- 2-3 years' experience in process improvement
- Experience with Financial Reporting (preferred)
- Advanced English level
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Track record of driving parts of large scale transformations and/or implementation of high-impact initiatives.
- Well-versed in a range of problem solving approaches and capable of optimizing techniques to yield the best results.
- Knowledge of the financial service industry and technology organizations
- PMP (preferred)
**Education**:
Bachelor's/University degree finished. Master's degree is preferred.
