Pfizer's Global Business Services (GBS) Shared Services is a well-established operation with beginnings in Memphis, Tenn., in 1997.

The GBS Finance PT&E CoE Manager is responsible for delivering operations of the T&E expenses reimbursement finance process at high quality standards in line with key objectives and agreed service level.
The PT&E CoE Manager will serve as a customer facing point of contact for the PT&E CoE's key stakeholders and customers.
This role will also manage the internal aspects of a team of approx 8-10 analysts, including resource management, task allocation, workload balancing, and quality assurance
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements to manage the operation effectively and in line with stakeholder's expectations.
- Manage process risk by the development and implementation of policies and internal controls to comply with accounting guidelines.
- Manage operations with a process improvement focus, implementation of best practices and project management discipline.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance with US GAAP and company policies.
- Manage talent through the recruitment, onboarding, and training employees to ensure the delivery of operational objectives.
- Develop a high performing team through employee engagement, talent retention, development and succession planning.
- Partner with stakeholders in order to define objectives, align expectation, and ensure an "end to end" approach to process change and improvements.
- Define strategies to achieve objectives and goals while effectively managing service delivery cost.
- Ensure adequate end-to-end PT&E CoE (systems and process combined) end user documentation, training, and related change management documentation is created and updated.
- Responsible for ensuring PT&E transactions designed based on business requirements in order to determine the completeness of the information and process component.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelors required.
MBA/Masters Finance/Accounting is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of Finance Services experience
- SAP, Ariba, MDG's experience an advantage
- Fluency in English and Spanish Required and Portuguese Desired
- Management and supervisory experience required.
- Solid experience of leading change and demonstrates change agility
- Strong knowledge of business processes supported by transaction processing capabilities
- Must be able to work independently, capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organization skills required
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead and manage an effective team of highly qualified and culturally diverse professionals
