Key job responsibilities
As a Program Manager in BRP, you will work closely with other Program Managers and stakeholders to understand the requirements and support the implementation of fraud prevention solutions in established Amazon stores supporting new and existing payment programs. You will collaborate with various teams including Technology, Machine Learning, and Operations to ensure the successful execution of these solutions. You will also assist in analyzing specific instances of risk, identifying broader risk trends, and helping to develop scalable solutions for prevention. Additionally, you will support stakeholder management and communication efforts, ensuring that key stakeholders are informed of project progress and any potential risks or issues.
A day in the life
You should be an effective communicator (oral and verbal) capable of driving issues to resolution with minimum supervision and communicating insights to non-technical and technical audiences. This is a high impact role with goals that directly impact the bottom line of the business.
The role requires an individual who has previous experience as a Program Manager in highly ambiguous environment.
