DHL Finance and HR Services Americas, a division of Deutsche Post DHL Global Business Services, is providing an opportunity for a highly motivated professional within a multi-cultural shared service environment.
This role is based in the Shared Service Center (SSC), in Costa Rica.
**Purpose of role**
DHL is hiring a Program Communication Experience Manager to join its Heredia, Costa Rica team.
The role is required to insure the correct deployment of all employee-related programs currently in place.
EOY, EOQ, EOS, HRQS, GPTW, Finance Counts, Operations Week, Appreciation Week, Diversity and Inclusion, etc.
The role is entirely new and centralizes the functions priorly deployed by 3 positions (L&D, C&B, and Comms).
The main challenge is to provide service to all BUS today in the SSC and align the programs to keep all the activities in an Express culture.
The role supports directly the HR Head and plays a key role on to ensure that our value proposition and our promise to be a Great Place to Work for All.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Recognition: EOQ and EOY management by reviewing the overall effectiveness of the programs.
Create an annual communication plan that will provide ongoing/consistent messaging with stakeholders to effectively drive initiatives.
Manages CIS pins and LSA award process.
- EOS - provide support with the EOS life cycle (EOS champions training, EOS reports creation for the US, continuous follow-ups with champions on milestone completion)
- Certifications: assist with the Recertification process of Great Place to Work and Top Employer from end to end
- Engagement: support all employee engagement initiatives end to end including Employee Appreciation Weeks.
Provide stakeholders with ample support and communication for their respective areas.
- Corporate Social Responsibility: drive with the Areas and Functions of the CSR activities throughout the year and ensure activities are being captured on the I share.
- HR Quality Survey: assist with the HRQS process end to end by reviewing and providing results in each area, and identifying opportunities to improve the overall score.
- HRBP Support Relationship: Provide proactive/timely responses to HRBP's to effectively support HR Programs initiatives.
- Diversity & Inclusion: provide support for the launch and execution of the D&I strategy for the SSC Americas.
- Provides training sessions to HR Business Partners when changes to HR Programs take place or new Programs are implemented.
- Assist with various HR-related special projects on an ongoing or on ad hoc basis.
**Required Business Skills and Qualifications**:
- 15 years of experience in similar roles in multinational companies.
HR Knowledge will be considered.
- 5+ years of experience managing projects and/or programs
- 5+ years of experience with message and communication strategy development.
- Experience working with senior management and global roles
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills to develop engaging and innovative content to support leaders and stakeholders in successful of the organization
- Use of digital collaboration tools and web conferencing
- Experience with reporting/survey analytics software and the ability to understand and synthesize data in a meaningful way
