**Responsibilities**:
- Efficiently manage tasks within our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and organization for accurate reporting and analysis.
- Conduct and collect thorough research and contact information on target accounts and prospects, ensuring it is up-to-date and accessible for outreach efforts.
- Step in to help the Demand Generation team manage overflow tasks and support them in meeting their targets
- Collaborate with the demand generation team to identify and source potential leads and opportunities for business growth.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize marketing campaigns and website performance.
- Assist in planning and executing events by managing logistics, coordinating resources, and conducting necessary research.
- Assist in event planning, logistics, and promotion to ensure successful participation and lead generation.
- Support pre
- and post-event activities to ensure seamless execution and follow-up.
- Create visually appealing marketing assets such as flyers, note cards, one-pagers, etc., adhering to brand guidelines and effectively communicating key messages.
- Collaborate with various departments, including Sales, Alliances, Design, Marketing and Delivery to ensure marketing efforts align with overall company goals.
**Qualification**s:

- Experience in marketing and sales support roles in a B2B company.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on copywriting, editing and/or content creation.
- Proficient in project management, with the ability to effectively plan, execute, and track marketing and sales initiatives.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., CRM, analytics, content management systems).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability and a willingness to take on diverse marketing tasks.

- Familiarity with CRM's like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
- Familiarity with Agile, consulting, B2B, or technology environments is a big plus.
- Video editing and graphic design experience is a plus
**Working Hours**:This position is fully remote in Costa Rica, and the working hours are 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
