**Main Purpose of the position**:
Leads Professional Marketing and communication strategy initiatives for CAM with the objectives of driving professional endorsement for technologies & brands while enhancing therapeutic credibility for Colgate equities.Head of the professional oral care consultants team in CAM.
Principle responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of the strategic and tactical plan for the assigned therapeutic portfolio with the professional market understanding and insights collection across all the cross functional team evolving commercial, professional oral care, professional business and pharmacy team.
Will design market strategies directed to ensure the fulfillment of the financial, professional recommendation and prescription objectives established for the brand.
Responsible for providing guidelines for the implementation of targeted programs in CAM.
Develop Colgate Professional Business through In Office Sales and Dentist Prescription based demand generation at Pharmacies for Oral Care specialized products.
Build and cultivate strong relations with Dental Associations and dental schools across CAM region to reinforce Colgate´s support and partnership with future Dentist Professionals.
Drive people development of Professional Oral Care team as the team evolves to a business growth oriented mindset and engage with cross functional organization
1.Define action plans aligned with regional key strategies for all professional oral care and digital transformation initiatives including CRM,1PD acquisition, evolution of sites and other.

Develop the marketing engagement strategy for dental professionals actively based on insights and local opportunities for the CAM countries (and territories assigned)
3.With strong leadership skills will lead, manage, develop and supervise Direct reports (CAM People management )
4.
Lead and monitor monthly KPIs and coordinate key analytics related initiatives :IQVIA,Market share,Close Up reports for therapeutic products related to recommendation, prescription and sells in professional, pharmacy channel.
(according to territories assigned).

Plan, execute and monitor budget expenditures as per allocation in assigned territories aligned with strategic plans.
6.
Build trusting long term partnerships and networking with experts, academia, associations, influencers, public health, government entities and community health administrators (and pharmacy when appropriate)
7.
Work closely with POC and Marketing local/Regional team to align plans and add value with professional insights and opportunities.
**Qualifications**
Level of Education: Bachelor degree ( Pharmacy, Marketing,Dentistry)
Years of Experience (range): - 5+ years of experience leading marketing and/or professionals pharma brand program
Functional Experience and Technical Skills: Experience managing direct reports(people management).
Results oriented.
Experience analyzing data,CRM,IQVIA,SOM, Close Up.
Strong communication and business presentation skills.Master degree is a plus.Proficiency on English (verbal and written)MS office/Google platforms and apps.
