Our mission is to deliver **high-quality education** to students and professionals in Latin America and other parts of the world.

We are looking for passionate, energetic, enthusiastic and responsible individuals to teach ESL courses in a virtual environment.

The applicants should be comfortable, easy-going, and creative when teaching teens and adults. Although all materials will be prepared, you are allowed to deviate from them at your own discretion as long as the learning objectives are met, and the students are learning in a fun, engaging environment.

The work will be remote. This is a part-time/freelance position, you decide the number of hours you would like to work every month and you are able to change your availability month to month. Applicants **must** be available to work from 7:30 to 10:30 and/or from 18:00 to 22:00 (Lima time).

**Qualifications**:

- Experience teaching ESL (Must have at least one of these certifications: TESOL, TESL, TEFL, TOEFL, CELTA, etc.) **(required)**:

- Ability to work with Zoom, Google Meet and Moodle. Have basic computer skills (preferred)
- Experience teaching English online **(required)**:

- Have lived in an English speaking country or possess a native-like English level **(required)**
- Teach English at a high level of proficiency
- Assess and identify students' individual learning needs
- Keep students engaged using a variety of teaching techniques: lessons, discussions, audio-visual presentations
- Assign and mark homework
- Evaluate and review the progress of students and discuss results with them
