Join Intel Information Technology (IT) as a Product Owner-Demand Forecasting/Planning. The Demand and Supply Planning Data and Analytics group within the Supply Chain IT is responsible for providing data and analytics solutions to increase the efficacy and efficiency of Intel's planning processes, including product roadmap, demand, supply, inventory, sales/revenue, financial, capital, and pricing planning.
The primary responsibility for this role will be to enable and transform Demand Planning data and analytics solution for Intel's core business groups and foundry. In this role, you will be working with business stakeholders from multiple domains. Key partners for this role included business operations team, Finance, Supply Chain, and peer IT teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Deliver data and analytics solutions to augment the effectiveness of demand planning and forecasting processes
- Translates business strategy and objectives into process roadmaps
- Validates feasibility of an idea, understands the user expectations from the product, conducts design due diligence, evaluates business value and risks
- Work with stakeholders to define, prioritize, deploy, sustain, enhance, and when needed sunset process capabilities
- Lead user acceptance testing and TCM where applicable
- Ensure alignment of transformation with relevant enterprise level initiatives
- Gather business requirements from stakeholders across Business Units, regions, and Finance
- Maintains/Builds stakeholder relationships and effectively communicate across teams
- Keeps abreast with the latest process trends in forecasting and planning processes
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in a dynamic and fast-paced organization
- Highly skilled at understanding complex business problems while connecting multiple dots

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- Requirements gathering, systems/business analysis, process mapping, solution acceptance testing and deployment
- Product backlog, feature definition, requirements analysis, functional design/specifications, solution delivery, testing, user training, TCM (transition change management)
- Advanced English level
Preferred Qualifications
- Agile development methodology
- Demand/Supply planning in Semiconductor industry or high-tech industry.
- Experience with Foundry planning processes will be an advantage.
- Experience with Supply Chain analytics enabled using software solutions such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with statistical or AI/ML algorithms
- Semiconductor Demand, Sales and Operations Planning
- Designing and deploying data and analytical solutions using Azure and Snowflake
