Job Summary:
This position is responsible for entry, collection, manipulation, retrieval and communication of data pursuant with all applicable corporate and site procedures.
Responsible for follow up pursuant with corporate and site procedures.
Decision making is limited to only those clearly defined within the applicable corporate and site procedures.
Assessments are limited to only those clearly defined within the applicable corporate and site procedures.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Enters or retrieves data as defined in applicable corporate or site procedures or as directed by another team member of higher standing.
- Creates record(s) and as defined in the procedures or as requested by another team member of higher standing.

Expected Areas of Competence (i.e., knowledge, skills, and abilities)
- Good written, oral, and presentation communication skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory authorities (domestic and international), guidance documents and standards.
- Knowledge of industry best practices for medical product complaint handling.
- Ability to manage ongoing multiple tasks, be responsive to critical situations and changing priorities.
Education/Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years' of experience in technical writing, regulatory compliance, report generation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred.
