Job Summary:
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Adheres to all corporate and site-specific procedures.
- Enters and/or retrieves complaint data as defined in applicable corporate or site procedures, or as directed.
- Creates compliant record(s) as defined in the procedures.
- Identifies and investigates solutions to procedure and process related issues.
- Documents and maintains records in accordance with corporate and site-specific procedures.
- Monitors appropriate metrics to measure key performance indicators of the compliant unit.

- Good organization and time management skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to consistently meet high standards of input accuracy, produce quality documents, compile data, and perform simple analyses with accuracy.
- Good decision-making skills and proven ability in balancing priorities among the many ongoing tasks, and being responsive to critical situations, as this position has a high volume of work, regulatory mandated time limits, and often changing priorities.
- Proven ability to work in a team setting.
Ability to work closely with others
Education/Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years' of experience with writing, regulatory compliance, report generation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred.
