Our seasoned leadership and dedicated global team of more than 2,500 is focused on shaping an exciting future for ZimVie — we hope you'll consider being a part of it!**Job Summary**:**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:- Adheres to all corporate and site-specific procedures.- Enters and/or retrieves complaint data as defined in applicable corporate or site procedures, or as directed.- Creates compliant record(s) as defined in the procedures.- Identifies and investigates solutions to procedure and process related issues.- Documents and maintains records in accordance with corporate and site-specific procedures.- Monitors appropriate metrics to measure key performance indicators of the compliant unit.This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and may not necessarily comprise all of the "essential functions" for purposes of the ADA.**Expected Areas of Competence (i.e., knowledge, skills, and abilities)**:- Good organization and time management skills- Detail-oriented- Ability to consistently meet high standards of input accuracy, produce quality documents, compile data, and perform simple analyses with accuracy.- Good decision-making skills and proven ability in balancing priorities among the many ongoing tasks, and being responsive to critical situations, as this position has a high volume of work, regulatory mandated time limits, and often changing priorities.- Proven ability to work in a team setting. Ability to work closely with others**Education/Experience Requirements**:- High school diploma or equivalent- 2+ years' of experience with writing, regulatory compliance, report generation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred.**Travel Requirements**:Up to 5%**Language**:- English (required)
