JLL supports the Whole You, personally and professionally.SummaryThe DSR Product Owner is the product ambassador and expert, responsible for maximizing the value of the product by driving enhancements, clearly communicating the product's value, monitoring adoption by end users, and working with the global GREF customer across organizations, functions, and programs. The PO is responsible for effective product backlog management including: developing and explicitly communicating the product roadmaps; creating, prioritizing, and clearly communicating backlog items; ensuring that the product backlog is transparent, visible and understood. The PO should understand GREF strategy and continually evaluate and monitor the product, weighing the constraints and capabilities of the product against the critical requirements of GREF in order to establish the overall effectiveness.**Responsibilities**:Act as the voice of the customer/end user to drive enhancements and improve overall user experience for the reports and dashboards within the DSR productProduct ambassador for the DSR product: Proactively engage end users/business stakeholders to educate, gather feedback, and translate them into backlog requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic product questions from GREF and other organizations, escalating to the Product Sponsors as needed.Working with DART Business Analysts and Program Managers, synthesize varying needs from global stakeholder group to create comprehensive needs for the platformLeverage knowledge of the DSR product platform to create guardrails and quickly create viable solutions with business stakeholdersManage backlog with end user stories/requirements (including defects, enhancements, & system performance)Ensure user stories/requirements have clearly defined acceptance criteria and contextManage backlog prioritization and status and associated meetings (operations, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives, as needed) using hybrid agile approaches (e.g. Scrumban).Partner with relevant stakeholders to ensure complete delivery of changes, including UAT testingManage and Coordinate all development work being done for DEV, QA and PROD release of upgrades, enhancements, customizations, break/fix, and configuration changes to the Product environment to ensure roadmap alignment and consistencyFor product enhancements, drive communication with Data Strategy and Reporting (DSR) development team to create favorable timeline and priorities that align to GREF's needsDevelop/coordinate knowledge sharing model for TAS team providing up-to-date known issue/fixes, user guidance, and FAQ quick references**Owns product roadmap, aligning organizations re**: high value/high priority enhancementsEngage Product Sponsors to ensure strategic alignment and agile pivots in the context of a dynamic organizational environmentEvaluate data, perform analysis, and recommend improvement strategies to stakeholders**Customer satisfaction surveys**: Review survey results to ensure customers finds the DSR product valuablePartner with Product Sponsors, lead quarterly steering committee meetings to align on roadmap revisions and otherwise refine the DSR product vision, value, and strategyFor product enhancements, work with DSR development team to ensure GREF's enhancements are scheduled on their roadmap and delivered on schedule**Release management**: Work with GREF DSR product team (developers, DSR team and TAS support team) to determine release timing of enhancements and defect fixes (post-launch). Ensure new features / workflows meet requirements (UAT) and are functional in production environment.**Documentation / Training**: Oversee SOPs, playbooks, and wiki pages, partnering with DSR product team and Communications team members.
