- The purpose of this role is to support the actions of marketing and/or be part of the Brand Team thatdesigns the strategic plan of Marketing.
- Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support to achieve the sales target by delivering strategies and managing products according to the product life cycle.
- Support budget planning process for responsible product -Implement, review and ensure the product plans are in line with SOP of marketing
- Monitor and control product performance and adjust plans accordingly -Anticipate future trends in disease management and market environment which is likely to affect the performance and potential of the products- Training and build up of strong Field Force team to deliver key messages
- Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt
- Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable )

**Minimum requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Maketing or Business Administration
- 2 years of experience in Marketing within the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills including assertiveness and client oriented mindset
- Track record of sound problem-solving skills and action-oriented mindset
- Good communication and written skills in English
- Experience working on Agile teams is a plus
