**Product Coordinator**

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Quark team. Reporting to the Product Director for Consumers the Product Coordinator will be responsible to ensure that Quark's product information assets communicate powerfully to internal and external collaborators. As part of our commercial team, you will be integral to coordinating price and product information from its development and intent through to communication tools that will help our marketing and sales teams have what they need to attract and convert customers. You will do this by gaining a grasp of our objectives and identifying opportunities to sharpen our assets to the needs of our business teams. And then executing changes with a passion for efficiency, thoroughness, and organization. Quark is part of the Travelopia group which is one of the world's leading specialist travel groups providing customers with a diverse range of unique travel experiences. This includes adventure travel, safaris, private jet and polar expeditions, tailor-made luxury holidays, yacht and river boat charter holidays, educational and sporting based school trips, corporate hospitality and sporting event fan travel. Private equity owned by KKR, Travelopia is headquartered in the UK with offices and marine bases all over the world.
**Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities**:
- Ownership of our product asset library, and ownership of our price and promotion communication toolkits
- Single source of truth for all deployment of list and promotional price information to stakeholders throughout the organization
- Ensuring all content is up to date and collaborating with stakeholders to determine asset change and development priorities
- Conduct competitive analysis and maintain the competitive database
- Collaborate with the Sales, Operations and Marketing teams to develop product information assets required for product launches and promotions
- Reviewing all existing and new information assets to ensure they are accurate clear and sensible from the perspective of guests, and internal business partners
- Participate in the design, implementation, and support of processes within the organization that involve the commercial team Equal Opportunity
- Conduct, and present analyses of Quark's commercial activity
- Advocate for and clearly articulate the rationale behind product policies
- Exceptional organizational skills, passion for detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, including writing, editing and proof reading skills
- Demonstrated project management skills, including timeline planning and management, prioritizing, and driving the delivery of work on multiple efforts concurrently.
- Post secondary education in Business, Marketing, Brand Marketing, Product Marketing or travel and tourism education.
- 1+ year of experience in a similar role.
- Self-starter with high degree of personal initiative
