**Your role at Baxter**:
Maintains Quality indicators of its areas and participates in the identification of root causes, as well as in the establishment and implementation of containment. Provides support to work teams and is responsible for maintaining control of the processes under their responsibility from a regulatory and documentary point of view. It has hourly staff in charge and must ensure their development and performance.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Work as a team with staff from other areas for the development and execution of validations, continuous improvement, resolution of opportunities, and analysis and investigation of exception documents.
- Ensures compliance with the corrective and preventive actions established in the exception and improvement documents.
- Closes production orders for sub-assemblies and/or finished products, guaranteeing that all requirements have been met.
- Ensures that the resources (support staff, instruments) are adequate for the execution of the functions.
- Evaluate, craft and improve procedures related to their areas of responsibility.
- Supervises quality time staff (coordinators and auditors),
- Maintains records and vital information regarding performance and/or behavior
- Hold regular meetings to maintain accurate communication and information among the members of your team.
- Controls quality indicators and carries out action plans for improvement
**What you'll bring**:
- Bachelor degree required in Production, Industrial, Chemical, Systems, Electrical, Electronic, Electro-mechanical Engineer or related field.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in production processes or its equivalent experience in the manufacturing industry market with Quality Systems.
- Familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- English language proficiency
- Management of statistical tools for data management (trends, Pareto charts, among others).
- Collaboration and teamwork.
- Green Belt certification preferred
