Edwards is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Management focused on the Scrum Master Role. As a part of the Global IT Organization, you will lead up to 4 scrum teams delivering value to our internal customers. As the Scrum Team lead, you will work with the Scrum team as its servant leader by ensuring impediments are addressed and mitigated promptly.
You should have success in leading teams in all Scrum ceremonies and be able to coach the Team to improve continuously. You should be committed to the scrum values and practices and remain flexible and open to opportunities for the Team to enhance their workflow.
You will work closely with the Product Owners, Business Partners, Internal IT Delivery Leads, and other Stakeholders across multiple time zones to ensure the teams have support, clarity, and opportunities to be successful.

Lead the Team in the Scrum methodology.
Ensure that all Scrum events take place and stay true to the value of the ceremonies.
Facilitate stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed.
Work with team members one-on-one to provide focused coaching to ensure the Team works together and is working within the Scrum framework.
Facilitate Scrum processes and events, enabling team maturity and effectiveness by leveraging data-driven metrics.
Create an agile mindset focusing on agile values and principles, leading with transparency, inspection, and adaptation, delivering high-value increments that meet the Definition of Done.
Through servant leadership skills, enable teams to develop sprint goals and quality incremental delivery.
Facilitate communication and partnership inside and outside the Team to include stakeholder engagement.
Promote self-organization and cross-functionality of the Team coaching each role to enable high performance of the Team.

**What you'll need (required)**:
Bachelor's degree or Master´s degree
Extensive background with project and program management processes, techniques, and methodologies. Experience in facilitating change, including collaboration with management and executive stakeholders.
Knowledge of the Scrum methodology (Agile)
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 platform
Proficient in English
