The main responsibility is the management of customer specific rate cards.
Rate cards are usually generated on a monthly basis and occasionally on a quarterly basis.
Products involved: air freight and ocean freight.Work shift: Monday to Friday.
Days off: Saturday and SundayESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Prepare and conduct the internal launch of the pricing exercise; disseminating guidance received from the GKAM to the Product/Pricing communityManaging internal communication with all relevant stake holders (in Product/Pricing) to obtain the needed feedback on time and in fullValidate internal feedback and drive the process with the respective pricing teamsAssure that deadlines are adhered to and monitor internal progressReview and validate all information received and assure that the external final document is fully accurateProvide the external rate card to the GKAM (in excel) along with a pdf versionUpload the approved rates into TMS systemGenerate internal billing rates and distribute them to the internal communityAdditional tasks as assigned by the SupervisorSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position does not supervise any direct reports.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
