- Program requirements according to account documents and process maps
- Test code, including regression testing
- Articulate opportunities and risks
- Work with other departments to evaluate best practices and achieve goals
- Establish a proactive approach to addressing and solving customer challenges at the point of sale, including offering alternate solutions
- Participate in the scope of work & ROI for new project technology requests & solutions
- Analyze GDS host functionality updates to determine the impact
**How you can set yourself apart**
- Strong problem solving and process reengineering skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle medium and high risk projects and accounts
- Knowledge of JavaScript,.net, Qik, Amadeus QuickScripts, SabreScribe, Worldspan ScriptPro, ScriptWriter Plus, SmartPoint
- Expert level knowledge of a minimum of 1 GDS: Abacus, Amadeus, Apollo, Galileo, Sabre, Worldspan
- Good knowledge of English and Spanish
