Job DescriptionRole SummaryAs a Portal Invoicing Analyst for Experian, you will be responsible for compiling, managing, and using billing data, contract provisions, and pricing constructs across multiple systems to support client billing and invoicing. You will assist with ongoing efforts to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the billing processes. Other responsibilities include participation in teams responsible for creating end-user requirements for billing platform enhancements and billing workflow management process improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure the timely uploading of invoices into various invoicing portals such as Ariba, Coupa, Taulia, Tungsten, other.Monitor invoice status after invoice has been submitted.What you'll bringThis is a critical role because it helps uploading invoices into portals so Experian can get paid.QualificationsQualifications2 - 3 years of billing/OTC experience.Oracle E-Business or ERP System experience – preferred.Experience working with Portal Invoicing such as Ariba, Coupa, Taulia, Tungsten, Avidxchange, iPayables, ACI, Oracle, Nexus, Paymode-X, among others.
