World Business Lenders (WBL) provides general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to a broad customer base comprised of small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States that lack access to traditional funding.WBL is a U.S.based company with a 100% remote workforce.This is a remote Contract/Consultant position. Generally, working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern, Monday through Friday, although hours worked may be greater based upon operational requirements. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Asset Management Analyst with a focus on Real Estate Owned (REO) property inspection. As an integral part of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing and inspecting properties acquired through foreclosure, ensuring compliance with company standards, and optimizing the value of our real estate portfolio.**Essential Functions**:- Conduct property inspections and secure properties.- Facilitate evictions, ensuring REO properties are in marketable condition.- Maintain utilities on properties and promptly address any maintenance issues.- Respond to and abate property violations.- Determine the cost to cure and make recommendations for repairs that enhance real estate value.- Execute and/or oversee construction, renovations, and repairs in the field.- Gather bids, negotiate contracts/agreements, and manage timelines for all projects to ensure strict adherence to marketing timelines.- Track expenses and prepare monthly reports for every asset.- Perform other projects and duties as assigned.**Requirements**:- 2-4 years of experience in real estate, property management, contracting, construction, or a related field.- **Authorization to travel frequently for on-site property inspections throughout the United States.**:- Preferred experience in the loan/mortgage industry.- 100% Fluency in both English and Spanish with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.- Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or technical school) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams is required.- Ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.- Excellent attention to detail.- Own laptop or desktop required (company does not supply equipment).**Benefits**- Contract/Consultant position- DOE- 11 US Paid Holidays
