As a Performance Analyst, you will be part of Commercial Planning team of Philip Morris CARICAM and will play a key role in providing data-driven business performance insights to the organization based on automatic and integrated reporting, external and internal data. You will Understand key business priorities and questions, drivers and hypotheses.
Key accountabilities:
- Combine consumer analytics and finding across various data sources & data points to surface insights and opportunities.
- Detection and analysis of opportunities, risks and/or action plans for decision making.
- Visualize findings, formulating impactful insights and communicating them to regional and local teams.
- Develop reports and dashboards with full KPI tracking of commercial objectives and assist in the development of new KPIs to support measurement of commercial initiatives.
- Participate in cross-departmental discussions and support decision making process by providing data driven insights and business performance analysis.
- Supports in the generation, in timely and accurate manner, of budget-long range plan and rolling forecast.
- Assist new products, Devices & Accessories volume forecasting process for OB & Rolling Forecast; as well as drill down by SKU/variant according to market behavior and expansion.
- Assist in the generation and tracking of new products, Devices & Accessories volume targets for each channel and commercial program.
- Contribute to the preparation of Ad-hoc PMI and Regional Reporting Requests. (Business Highlights, Volume Pre-closing and closing projection and comments)
Who we're looking for:
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Industrial Engineering or related field
- Solid understanding of key marketing and commercial competencies like Volume forecasting, Pricing
- Experience with common analytical processes such as digital analytics, market analytics, market research and sales reporting
- Detail oriented but able to see the big picture
- Ability to aggregate market qualitative feedback with quantitative insights and translate findings into actionable analysis and recommendations
- Scenario Analysis, Stakeholder Engagement, Advanced Excel, Knowledge of Power BI, Business & Portfolio Acumen
- Articulate with the ability to translate data into a narrative for a broad audience.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Spanish
- Team player with high level of agility and customer centricity
