Key Responsibilities:
The People & Culture Business Partner position provides strategic advice and guidance to Clusters and FOs in all People & Culture related processes based on the office´s priorities, partnership priorities, and People & Culture rhythm of business. (ON DEMAND OR GLOBAL RHYTHM)

Strategy & Leadership
- Support Clusters to develop effective People & Culture strategies and Plans appropriate to their context and in alignment with the P&C strategies and priorities
- Collaborate with the Regional functions, Clusters, and Field Offices to ensure that People & Culturepriorities and standards are integrated with each function/office's strategies
- Contribute to LACR's wide communication and change management process to support the implementation of the LACR strategy and priorities

Performance Management
- Lead the whole Partnering for Performance process cycle for the region and on behalf of the Regional People & Culture Director
- Manage and coordinate the performance appraisal cycle by ensuring the provision of orientation on performance objective setting, mid-year reviews, annual reviews, and merit increase.

Talent Management
- Ensure talent is identified and developed in all the region
- Assess and identify competency gaps based on the TM identification process and liaise with People & Culture Director & Global Center to find internal/external opportunities for talent identified across the region

Employee Relations
- Support across the Region with the P&C investigations, and other investigations as per the evaluations of the Regional Investigation committee.

Workforce planning
- Ensure that all relevant data and analysis is done as per the requirements for submission to Regional People & Culture Director and Global Centre Workforce Planning and Analysis Department
- Support Regional & Field Offices to develop their workforce plans and ensure these are updated as needed.

Capacity Building including Learning & Development
- Contribute to the implementation of the global capacity building plan based on P&C priorities and Strategy and contextualized to the region
- Advise Clusters and Field Offices on the best approaches to address local priorities in staff development
- Support the implementation of WV mandatory trainings and learning programs in coordination with the person in charge of RO
- Design, plan, and conduct workshops and training on various P&C and related topics as needed

Cultural Transformation and Change Management
- Support the P&C regional director and SLT in the implementation of the regional cultural transformation and change management plan
- Advise and follow up on Cluster Cultural Transformation and Change Management programs, plans, or activities
- Advise and support FOs change management plans where there is no Cluster P6C structure

Optimization of P&C - Internal Client experience
- Ensure improvement and quality in recruitment, separation, and other processes of staff cycle lead by GC, Cluster, and FOs.

The P&C Business Partner will be in charge of one or two of the following regional processes, according to P&C team composition: (REGIONALLY SCHEDULED).

Talent Management and leadership
- Ensure capacity is built in the region to implement effective talent tools, systems, and processes aligned to partnership
- Create and update regional talent information
- Design and implement two regional leadership programs for future executive leaders in the region and current executive regional leadership

Incident Management
- Coordinate with Regional IPH Committee on a monthly basis to update monthly report of IPHs and IIMs (red and yellow alert), prioritize follow-up and closure of incidents, and find solutions and optimizations for the process
- Coordinate the timely and correct implementation of investigations in the region by following up on investigators and coordinating with NOs and the Regional IPH Committee
- Coordinate with GC all the new cases and the progress
- Ensure internal capacity is developed in Clusters and FOs
- Lead investigations

Compensation & Benefits
- Coordinate salary scales, salary increases, job valuation, international expatriate benefits, etc. to ensure alignment with WVI´s Total Rewards Philosophy and WV regional policies and practices.
- Provide technical advice to the National Offices on the implementation of Compensation & Benefits practices, programs, initiatives, systems, etc.
- Prepare annual salary and benefits budget for the LACR office.
- Conduct regional projects and initiatives related to Compensation & Benefits requested by LACRO´s leadership and/
