We are looking for a Senior Content Curator to join our Talent & Leadership Development Team (TLD) to play a key role in selecting, organizing, and customizing learning resources from third-party content libraries to meet the diverse needs of our people. Your goal is to ensure that the curated content aligns with our business objectives and enhances the professional development of our people.

**Key Responsibilities**

Content Curation:

- Collaborate and consult with teams to identify skill gaps and learning needs for different employee groups, practices, and roles
- Create curated playlists and learning paths, from both internal and external content libraries, that guide employees through relevant content in a sensical order
- Map content to career progression, providing employees with a clear learning path for professional growth
- Focus on creating a user-friendly experience, allowing employees to navigate through the content seamlessly
- Work closely with content providers and vendors to stay informed about new offerings

User Support and Training:

- Provide user support by addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to content
- Develop and deliver training materials for users

Analytics and Reporting:

- Implement tracking mechanisms to monitor employee engagement with curated content
- Collect feedback to refine and improve content selection and delivery
- Use data insights to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of success
- Make data-driven recommendations to enhance the effectiveness and completeness of content

Continuous Improvement:

- Regularly review the effectiveness of curated content, updating it based on changing business needs, industry trends, and employee feedback
- Stay abreast of new content offerings from third-party providers to ensure our learning resources remain current and relevant and proactively make recommendations on skill-based offerings for the firm
- Strong project management skills of cross-functional teams to oversee the implementation of solutions and improvements

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as human resources, education, instructional design, information technology, or similar preferred
- 5+ years of related experience, content curation in a corporate learning environment preferred
- Experience working with various learning content libraries, i.e., Udemy, Pluralsight
- Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking abilities
- Strong written and oral communication - must be able to work well and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical resources
- Desire to learn and continuously improve
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum sprint-based environment; understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology concepts, techniques, and ceremonies preferred
- Ability to multi-task and demonstrate a strong desire to take on new tasks and learn new things
- Ability to analyze, understand, and prioritize business problems
- Work experience in management/technology consulting or professional services industries preferred
