Your 'day to day'
As People & Culture Executive you will be responsible to collaborate for the deployment of the strategy for all areas in Central America.
Also be part of leading the cultural transformation that our company is passing through.
You must be able to:
- Deploy people strategies for certain divisions in Central America and supporting the success of the business strategy
- Ensure deployment of all key P&C Processes and Services, aligning them to the context of the area
- Act as change agent, proposing new ways of thinking and making sure those ideas are implemented
- Provide your internal clients with advice, guiding and mentoring on all business matters that have an organizational or human aspect
- Guide the cultural transformation strategy with your clients
Who we're looking for
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or any other related field.
- 4+ years of experience working as Human Resources Generalist or Human Resources Business Partner supporting the operation of the company.
- Work experience in Massive Consumer, Business to Consumer or Medical industries.
- As our People & Culture Executive must be customer and results oriented through daily interactions, forestalling needs and showing cultural cognizance and business understanding; having the end to end ownership and engagement with our leaders to make sure the successful of outcome.
- Work experience with strong communication, coaching and influencing skills, demonstrating the ability and experience to diagnose the business needs, and purpose solutions according to.
- Previous experience working in different projects leading an end-to-end process with the business.
- Advanced English level.
