2+ years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience
- Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skills
- Experience using data to influence business decisions
- Experience in corporate finance including budgeting/planning, forecasting and reporting

We are looking for a payroll coordinator who wants to do a complex role, to take the payroll experience to another level and help build our rapidly growing company. We are encouraged and driven to improve processes and look for better solutions every day.

Sounds great? What will you be working on?

The Payroll Coordinator owns complex process and act as SMEs to perform specific tasks within the payroll process, such as gathering and validating data from HR, Employee Services, Compensation & Benefits, legal Compliance. They review payroll reports, conduct timely and accurate validations, along with standard controls to meet process targets. Perform specific assigned tasks with efficiency to meet SLAs, highest quality standards and flexibility to support other team processes. Stay connected with team priorities and exhibit ownership to identify proactively opportunities to support team tasks and goals. They are responsible for answering queries filed through ticketing system, exhibiting excellent customer service, detailed, strong problem solving to remove operational roadblocks. Conduct Dive Deeps and analysis in regards to operational issues or metrics not on target to understand root causes to propose and implement corrective actions. Same day escalation of complex issues with recommendations and follow through completion. These roles proactively identify and drive improvement opportunities and propose or support long-term enhancement initiatives.

- 2+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- Experience in TM1, Data Warehouse and SQL
