- RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE- Validate the trial runs executed by the local vendors and identify discrepancies
- Resolves discrepancies with technical and/or business personnel, implements corrective measures, and retests as required
- Responsible for the preparation and processing of on-cycle payrolls
- Responsible for the preparation and processing of off-cycle payrolls including severance packages
- Responsible for the reconciliation, balancing and transmission of all vendor and bank interfaces/reports of payroll related data
- Responsible for accurate and timely payment to Primos and third parties (i.e. local authorities and vendors)
- Responding to all enquiries within service level agreements
- Point of contact for local payroll vendor(s)
- Complete SOX controls established to ensure the data integrity and accuracy
- Responsible for preparing/reviewing the journal entries related to payroll and serve as a point of contact for finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financials in payroll related P&L and BS accounts
- Responsible for process documentation and update for the processes owned
- Responsible for leading/executing process improvement & process excellence projects within Payroll team
- Responsible for the People Cost Budget preparation and reconciliation.
Skills and Experience
- THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY- Experience working in a Shared Services Center dealing with multi-country payrolls (at least 3 years of experience in this field)
- University degree in Business/Finance/Accounting/Human Resources/Legal or related discipline
- Language Skills: Fluent English
- Intermediate to advance MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
- Intermediate knowledge of accounting/finance
- Preferred: HR or Accounting previous experience. / Understanding of local legislation (tax, social security, retirement, pension & other statutory/regulatory requirements). / Previous experience overseeing local payroll vendors
