We help individuals to take financial control and access financial services, businesses to make smarter decisions and thrive, lenders to lend more responsibly, and organizations to prevent identity fraud and crime.We have 20,000 people operating across 44 countries and every day we're investing in new technologies, talented people, and innovation to help all our clients maximize every opportunity.**Job Description**:Support the deployment and operation of Experian's strategic global PaaS-COaaS platforms, based on Red Hat OpenShift-Kubernetes and Amazon EKS.Assist in troubleshooting/remediation, and pro-active maintenance of all hardware and software elements that combine to deliver the platforms.Ensure that all work carried out complies with global standards and contribute to the development of those standards, to enable ongoing fit-for-purpose.Assist developers in using the OpenShift-Kubernetes platforms.Work as part of the operations team to handle incidents and requests for the OpenShift-Kubernetes platforms.Engage in 24-7 Production support of globally deployed solutions both On-prem and in the Cloud.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree, foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electronics and Communication, Engineering or equivalent work experience.- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Automation Engineering roles.- Support a multi-tenant OpenShift-Kubernetes clusters - to global standards.- Support EKS clusters to global standards.- Assist client developer and support teams to ensure issues are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.- Support developers in Dev, Test, Staging and Production environments.- Collaborate with both internal and external team members.- Handle Kubernetes platform incidents and requests per Experian SLA guidelines.- Strong scripting or programming background.- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a globally distributed team.- Good operational skills with Linux, Networking, DNS and SSL.- Assist with on-boarding new business units.- Preferred: OpenShift/Kubernetes certification.- Preferred: Kubernetes Administrator certification.- Preferred: AWS certifications.Additional InformationOur benefits include: Medical, life and dental insurance, Asociacion Solidarista, International Share Save Plan, Flex Work, Work from home, Paid time off, Annual Performance Bonus, Education Reimbursement, Family Bonding, Bereavement Leave, Referral Program, and more.LI-GJ1Experian Careers - Creating a better tomorrow togetherFind out what its like to work for Experian by clicking here- Experian is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer_. _We're passionate about unlocking the power of data to transform lives and create opportunities for consumers, businesses, and society.
