Be Bayer.****YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Perform the manufacturing processes necessary for the elaboration of the intermediate products and finished products required.- Maintain quality throughout the production process and notify in case this is not being met.- Use and maintain in good condition the facilities, equipment, tools and measuring instruments.- Participate in line meetings, contribute ideas, and notify any situation that compromises the quality of the process and product.- Work with Engineers, Technicians, Production Leaders and Supervisors to solve line problems and/or suggest ideas for improvement.- Maintain the integrity of the Clean Room, Gowning and facilities in general, through good practices and compliance with internal procedures.- Ensure that the records and documentation related to the production process are completed in accordance with the GDP.- Comply with internal procedures, company policies in general, good manufacturing practices and international regulations.- Ensure their physical integrity and those of others through the implementation and compliance with the security measures described in the internal procedures.- Respect the human integrity of each employee of the company to achieve an excellent work environment by listening, recognizing ideas, being kind and keeping a proper communication.- Ability to read and understand mechanical, electrical drawings, flow charts, machine manuals and/or other drawings of a technical nature, to support manufacturing lines.- General understanding of automation processes, logic controls (PLC), sensors, actuators, ethernet communication and networking to support manufacturing line.- Other duties can be assigned to the employee once the corresponding training is completed.**WHO YOU ARE**- Secondary education completed, with Technical Degree in Mechanic/Electric or related, preferable.- At least 2 years of experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, preferable.- English (Intermediate) preferable.- Knowledge in good manufacturing practices.- Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing equipment's and handling high-pressure situations.- Effective communication within the production team and with other related areas.- Strict attention to detail.- Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, standard operating procedures, and operational instructions.- Knowledge in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (BPD).- Proactive, able to create good interpersonal relationships.- Open mind and able to face changes in a positive way.At Bayer we believe in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
