**Site Name**: Costa Rica - Cartago - Tres Rios**Posted Date**: Aug 21 2023The purpose of this role is to support the Financial Reporting team in Close and Controls acting as the natural liaison between Supply Chain manufacturing sites (formerly known as GMS) in North America and C&C in the Hub. Also, this role will conduct reporting activities in conjunction with Ops Center in India, review and approve balance sheet reconciliations, prepare and post manual journal entries, execute SOX key controls and liaise with auditors and provide ad hoc support in projects, troubleshooting of issues and other requests.**_ Your Responsibilities_**: This role gives YOU the opportunity to perform key activities to progress your professional development, the main of these are:- Obtain a deep understanding and knowledge of accounting and reporting processes.- Conduct detailed analysis of balance sheet accounts, ensure its correct balance position and its overall healthiness.- Review and approve the accounting and management reports.- Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX and audit requirements.- Manage senior finance stakeholders, including SMAS.- Support the business with ad hoc requirements.**_ Why you? _****_Basic Qualifications:_** We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:- Accounting, finance, or related degree / qualification (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) preferably- English fluency (oral and writing) (B2/C1 Level)- 3 years of Experience in Financial Reporting or Audit Firm, working in a Control / SOX environment- Proficient MS Excel skills.- Good organizational skills, ability to manage workload to ensure all key deadlines are met.- Good and engaging team player.
