Here, you will make an impact by:- Execution of the Annual Price Adjustment Process within the Business Groups-- Sales District maintenance-- Price governance: Ensure rules & guidelines are respected by regional business-- Provide pricing analytics to assigned Business Groups to assist with decisions related to price adjustments (increases & deviations)-- Pricing Plan Performance Tracking & Analytics-- Lead Quarterly Pricing Process (QPP) within assigned Business Groups-- Fulfill transactional pricing requests/tasks to resolve pricing errors-- Ensure effective operational support and issue resolution- Your Skills and Expertise- Demonstrate Strong Attention to Detail to ensure accuracy on data reports and processes.-- Demonstrated problem-solving, reasoning, and analytical skills-- Ability to complete repetitive tasks in a timely manner and to keep track of ongoing pending requests-- Flexible and detail oriented-- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.-- Minimum experience of 3 years in Pricing, Marketing, Finance or related fields.-- Advanced Excel-- Intermediate to Advanced English level-- Effective use of Reporting and Analytics/Power BI- Supporting Your Well-being- 3M offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
