The Net Revenue Management Lead will be responsible to support and enable the flawless delivery of our overall performance. The Commercial Excellence team is at the intersection between the Marketing and Sales organization with a strong linkage to Supply Chain and Innovation, including shopper-based design and brand execution in-store. The department is in the lead for creating key go-to-market strategies such as pricing and promotion whilst also working across multiple functions to determine our sales strategies and growing our commercial capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Planning Process monthly cycle - Active role in Predemand and Demand Review Meeting as key advisor with Stock in Trade policy.
- Ensure a right Commercial Planning process in line with internal core processes Repeatable Growth Model, 3-1 Plan, Financial Plan Update review and key dates in markets.
- Ensure main Commex insights for plan are considered, discussed, and agreed: Gross to Net ratios, price increase, inflation, Rout to Market adjustments.
- Ensure Sales Incentives Management alignment to company guidelines and in line with Business unit requirements.
- Management and reporting of Sales Incentives for Sales Team connected with performance.
- Monitoring, risk and compliance management connected with Sales Management in line with corporate policy.
- Management of Sell In / Sell Out / Stock in Trade across various dimensions: Category/Brands/SKU´s, Channels/Customers, and Sales team configurations, and develop analysis that can help to elevate effectiveness in their performance.
- Pricing strategy and executional plan
- Gross to Net management.
- Profit maximisation initiatives. (ROI, portfolio optimisation, etc)

- Bachelor's degree in economics, Business, Marketing, or equivalent professional experience.
- 6 or more years of experience in sales support team, analytics, or similar area
- Advanced English knowledge
