The Impact You'll Make in this Role.
As an _NCC Ops & Analytics Manager_, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- _ Providing operations management expertise to improve productivity through process improvement and workforce performance._
- _ Overseeing the analysts and analytical functions of the department including but not limited to compliance, continuous improvement, workforce management, productivity tracking, and KPI projections._
- _ Overseeing change management: Identify impacts, mitigate risks, help communicate changes to internal team and external stakeholders._
- _ Responsible for coordinating staff development, identifying critical skills that need enhancing and securing resources to facilitate learning in alignment with Solventum approved programs._
- _ Partners with other functional areas to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement._
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher OR 7 years of operations experience.
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- 5 years of Leadership Experience.
- 5 years of HealthCare OR Customer Service/Call Center Operation experience.
- Demonstrated Ability to successfully lead in diverse, multi-functional environments that require both direct and influential leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, organize and implement change.
- Demonstrated track record of success in operational execution.
- Ability to communicate effectively at the executive level.
- Strong data management and analytical capabilities
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Breadth / depth of understanding of Advantage Center processes; mainly NCC processes (Customer Support, Order Data Entry, and Supplies)
- Master's Degree (MHA/MBA)
- Healthcare revenue cycle management experience
- PMP, LSS, Scrum certification or relevant project management experience
Work location: Hybrid
Travel: May include up to 10%international
