**What this job involves**:
Manage facility principal supplier partner relationships and workflow using the Corrigo CMMS platform, specifically focused on supplier work order completion and payment processing within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Manage facility and program managed agent supplier partner and landlord relationships and workflow using Corrigo and the client payment system, specifically focused on payment processing within defined SLAs
Interface with supplier partners, landlords and facilities management team to ensure timely response and satisfaction with facility services
Interface with Sourcing to ensure vendor invoices are aligned with Service Contract Agreements and / or rate cards prior to invoice review and recommendation to facilities management team for approval
Utilize various reports and dashboards to identify SLA defects in work order completion and payment processing, triage defects and complete steps (or work with others to complete) to achieve on time vendor payments in Corrigo and client payment system. Specific reports and dashboards include PO Issues Report, NCV Vendor Summary Review, Corrigo Payment Dashboard, AP AR Dashboard
Ensure Corrigo PO payment information is accurate in client payment system by ensuring PO numbers match approved POs, PO available value covers expected payment amounts, investigate any mis match issues, recommend or make corrections as required.
Proactively inform PO owners of PO threshold limits at 70% of the PO total value and recommend line reassignments or change orders as necessary.
Manage facility and / or program managed agent supplier partner and landlord relationships payment workflow using the Corrigo CMMS platform for tracking, specifically focused on supplier timely invoice submission and tracking payment status and accrual values.
Provide recommendations to facility management team to resolve disputed or delayed supplier invoices
Provide recommendations to facility management team to modify client PO values to ensure timely and appropriate payment processing
Assist with budgetary requests, analysis and reporting, such as variance reporting commentary to facilities management team for monthly financial reviews
Share best practices and problem solve with dedicated client team
Associates degree in facilities management, building, business or other related field Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years' experience with Facility or Property Administration
Superior customer service skills and orientation
Ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situations
Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints
Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision
Ability to translate service contract scopes of work to performance actions by service providers
Ability to identify and escalate facility service issues with significant occupant impact with a sense of urgency
Ability to influence the actions of others through persuasive communication
Proficient in MS Office, and possess strong written, verbal and people skills
Experience with computerized maintenance management systems and data / trend analysis skills, Corrigo experience a plus
Ability to recommend operational improvements based on data and trend analysis
Strong organizational skills and collaborative style with a key focus on follow through to completion for self and others
