This role provides Advanced Care North America support for employees, retirees, managers, and Strategic Business Partners/Human Resources.
Serves as primary contact to resolve escalated issues, implement Severance policy, employee separations and Total Rewards programs.
This position is in San Jose, Costa Rica.
**Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for providing a best-in-class employee experience for by personally assisting them through sensitive and complex events including (but not limited to) separation & retirement
- Fully enable The Coca-Cola Company to successfully off board large groups of employees during restructuring or plant closure events, allowing the company to move quickly and efficiently into new operating models.
- Assess needs and create processes that support/improve separation and retirement operations.
Own documentation, creation, and ongoing maintenance of SOPs.
- Work closely with Transition Consultants to ensure Transition Guides and other package materials are accurate and up to date.
- Create, distribute, and maintain Book of Record (BOR) for restructures including tracking changes in employee status that impact BOR accuracy and severance payments
- Consult with HRBP to ensure clean execution of restructures, accurate and timely package creation/delivery, insightful financial expenditure, and outplacement reporting.
- Analyze data, build informative metrics and reporting that support dashboard.
Provide ad hoc reporting.
- Advanced Care support for highly sensitive escalations for global employees and stakeholders
- Partner with Employee Relations and regional teams as they have employees exiting the company via ER terminations, which can be sensitive in nature.
- Subject Matter expert for North America separation processes (voluntary and involuntary).
Ensure compliance with local and regional regulations or laws
- Work closely with analysts directing/monitoring workflow and ensuring accurate and timely reporting, issue response, payroll and vendor file submissions
- Provide back up support for Global Separations Consultant when needed
**Required Experience**:
- University/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Fluent in English
- 5+ years of Payroll, Separations, Benefits experience.
Experience working with complex issues and senior stakeholders
- 2+ years of experience using Workday
