Your Role

This role serves to strengthen the Design Synergy & Practice Area Communities by assisting the creation and coordination of Global and Regional initiatives.
The Multi Program Coordinator provides reports, coordinates and monitors deliverables that focus on communication, business plans, financials, talent, and client relationships.
What You Will Do
- Work with a variety of Community leaders and teams to support the administration of firm-wide and regional programs.
These responsibilities include preparing and distributing program materials; meeting scheduling; supporting program launches; stakeholder communications; maintaining distribution lists, and program credentialing.
- Assist in the creation of regional business strategy
- Attend and participate in frequent Community calls
- Inputs and tracks multi-program Revenue Projections
- Supports the production of program materials as needed which may include graphic design and written communication.
- Implement the technical needs of a program such as creating surveys, Miro boards, SharePoint sites, intranet pages, newsletters, etc.
- Sends out monthly reports to program leaders
Track and support on the events agenda for each program (internal and external events)
- Lead and support the development of training materials
- Follow up the Public Relations yearly agenda for each program
- Develop a project calendar for all initiatives and follow up on these (project management).
- Enthusiastically advocate for awareness and participation of culture-related initiatives
- Creatively integrate program efforts

Your Qualifications
- Work on multiple ongoing programs simultaneously while adapting to fit the needs and constraints of the project and team.
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
- Work effectively across distributed teams in multiple offices using virtual tools and methods.
- Proactively determine priorities, anticipate needs, take ownership of tasks, and exhibit a high level of initiative and follow-through.
- A Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of relevant coordination/administration experience.
Experience in the architecture and design industry, professional services industry, talent development, organizational development, and/or human resources is a plus.
- 4+ years of experience in program and project management.
- 4+ years of experience mobilizing, educating, and organizing special and public events
- Proven attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with many different personalities across a global firm.
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- An ability to quickly learn on the go with an eagerness to jump in where needed.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Outlook, Excel, Word, Forms, and SharePoint)
- Experience with or an ability to quickly learn:

- InDesign
- Miro
- Adobe Creative Suite.
