**Responsibilities**
External Engagement:
- Develop professional relationships with national and regional scientific leaders and ensure their access to medical and scientific information on areas of therapeutic interest and Organon products.
- Support company-sponsored trials:
- Identify potential investigators for participating in phase II-IV clinical trials.
- Support patient enrollment and retention efforts.
- Address product or trial-related investigator questions.
Support Organon Investigator-Sponsored studies:
- Provide areas of interest for Organon and discuss study concepts to assess scientific merit and alignment.
- Respond to unsolicited requests for assistance from potential investigators regarding the Organon Investigator.
Study Program process.
- Maintain current knowledge and understanding of the scientific and clinical environment in Organon's areas of interest.
- Direct inquiries outside of scope (e.g., grants) to appropriate Organon resources.
- Gain deep insights on disease, therapeutic area, healthcare needs, data gaps and challenges in local geography.
- Participate in scientific advisory board meetings or expert input forums and attend scientific and medical meetings.
Internal Support:
- Support development of Medical Affairs Plan (MAP) and implementation of its activities.
- Provide insights on scientific gaps, ideas and other topics gathered from scientific exchange, to inform MISP areas of interest, development programs, and TA strategy.
- Provide on-label or disease state scientific training to company commercial personnel, when requested and where allowed.
**Required Education, Experience and Skills**
- MD, PharmD, or PhD
- Clinical (patient care) or deep research experience in assigned therapeutic area(s) beyond that obtained in the terminal degree program.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience and proven therapeutic competence in the disease area. Capable of conducting doctoral level discussions with key external stakeholders.
- Strong focus on scientific education and dialogue.
- Business and market knowledge, including quality management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.
- Must possess a thorough understanding of ethical guidelines, laws, and regulations relevant to the pharmaceutical industry and its customers.
- Must be able to organize, prioritize, and work effectively in a constantly changing environment.
- Advanced English Skills 90+

- Field-based medical experience.
- Clinical research experience.
- Demonstrated record of scientific/medical publication
