Remote Virtual Medical Assistant - English And

Our team is looking for empathetic and energetic Registered Nurses with an Active License looking to work virtually with our providers and medical assistants based in the United States. Some of the functions for this position include: scheduling patient appointments, entering patient information into medical records, scribing for providers, prescription refills, helping our billing team. You will be fully trained and fully supported by our team.

**Responsibilities**:
Schedule patient appointments, ensuring optimal utilization of clinic resources.

Communicate with patients in both English and Spanish to gather necessary information for appointment scheduling.

Coordinate with medical staff to ensure accurate scheduling of various procedures and tests.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and resolving scheduling issues.

Maintain and update patient records accurately in the scheduling system.

Collaborate with other administrative staff to streamline workflow and improve overall efficiency.

Will need minimum 2 years work experience and comfortably fluent in **English and Spanish**.

Pay: ¢240,000.00 - ¢330,000.00 per month
